Rothschild & Co Wealth Management UK has made three client adviser hires to its regional teams in Leeds and Manchester.

The firm said the appointments were to support growing demand for its services in the UK regions. Financial planning firm Attivo has named Andrew Clennell as its new chief financial officer (CFO).

Clennell has expertise in private equity-backed, high-growth businesses, as well as mergers and acquisitions due diligence and the transaction life cycle. He had also previously spent 15 years at JPMorganChase in London and qualified as a chartered accountant with Deloitte. Clennell will oversee the day-to-day running of Attivo’s finance operations, guiding financial strategy, planning and maintaining fiscal stability, collaborating with the executive management team.

AXA Investment Managers (AXA IM) has appointed Gordon Happell as portfolio manager in its global equity team.

Focusing on US equity, Happell co-manages the AXA Framlington American Growth fund and the AXA WF US Growth fund, alongside David Shaw, a senior portfolio manager.
